Hello fellow webmasters, website owners, Internet Marketers and information seekers. This is a list of web directories that you can place links on without jumping through hoops. The easy way to utilize this list is to place a page on your website and title it something along the lines of, www.yourdomain.com/helpfulwebsite, www.yourdomain.com/links or something similar.

The reason you want to make such a page is because many web directories require a link back to their directory if you are not a paying customer. Now that you’ve made the page, there is one other step you need to take. That is creating a Robots.txt file and disallowing the Search Engine’s bots from crawling that particulate page.
